Q: What type of accounts does Tatro Capital manage?

Q : Where are my assets once I allow Tatro Capital the ability to oversee them?

A: Tatro Capital utilizes Charles Schwab as their primary custodian. All assets remain in the client's name with Tatro Capital possessing a limited authority over account management.

Q: How do I view my account?

A: Clients have the ability to gain access to their account through a portal designed and maintained by Charles Schwab. Clients can review their portfolios 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: How much does it cost me to retain Tatro Capital as my advisor?

A: Tatro Capital currently charges a flat fee of 1% per year on assets under management, in arrears. Furthermore, other custodial fees may apply such as trading costs, which may fluctuate depending on order size. We are attempting to implement the technology necessary in order to decrease fees and move toward a scaled fee structure based on asset class. We anticipate this being launched in 2009.

Q : Is Tatro Capital a hedge fund?

Q: Does Tatro Capital impose limits on managing a set dollar amount?

A: No; however, it may not always be in a client's best interest to retain a fee only advisor. Tatro Capital may at times recommend a client utilize no-load mutual funds or other investment vehicles that may be more suitable for an individual's present situation.

Q: What if I need to take money out of my account?

A: Tatro Capital, LLC does not impose a minimum investment time period. We do however request that all investors attempt to keep withdrawals and contributions limited to the beginning or end of a calendar quarter. Should a client withdraw money intra-quarter, Tatro Capital will deduct a pro-rated quarterly billing amount based on the ending balance prior to the withdrawal amount.

Q: How are my investments handled once my account is funded?

A: Tatro Capital, LLC will systematically and methodically average into a pre-determined allocation rather than immediately investing the entire account in order to reduce the potential for immediate volatility.

Q: What if I already have an account with Charles Schwab?

A: Should you already possess an account with our custodian, Charles Schwab, all that is needed is the Charles Schwab, Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) and Tatro Capital Fee Agreement.
